To fix this issue and try again, you can try one of the following:

On a PC:

  1. Try adjusting your monitor's resolution to the default recommended setting.
  2. Open the Control Panel and under Display click on screen resolution. You will see a drop down box. Select the resolution as recommended.
  3. Just below the Resolution box Check that the monitor's orientation is set at Landscape.

On a Mac:

  1. Click on the Apple logo in the upper-left corner of your display.
  2. Click "System Preferences," then click "Displays."
  3. Click "Display" if it is not already selected.
  4. Select a resolution from the list of available resolutions. The most common screen resolution is 1280 by 1024 for standard screens and 1280 by 800 for wide screens as of February 2012. Mac OS X immediately applies the new setting.

Go back and try again
